- The physician selects a clinical module and connects the patient via QR code during the appointment.
- Between visits, the patient completes a short Telegram diary including symptoms, treatment adherence, wellbeing, and warning signs.
- SmartDoc automatically analyzes the data and stratifies patients into low, medium, and high-risk groups.
- The physician immediately identifies high-risk patients, adjusts treatment in time, and helps prevent disease deterioration.
- The platform generates trend charts, safety alerts, PDF reports, and FHIR exports for clinical use.
